John Thomas - His Friends and His Faith

Product No.: G10500
Price: $ 18.00

"John Thomas His Friends & His Faith", Peter Hemingray, 356 pages with photos, figures and references The definitive narrative on the life of Dr. Thomas in America and the friends that shaped his faith. A book that belongs on the bookshelf of every Christadelphian.

This work had its origin several years ago when the Meriden Ecclesia in Connecticut, USA approached its centennial. Id did some looking into the local history of the area, as well a that of the "Christadelphians" in the USA, and this led me into some fascinating buty dusty byways of long ago. I found that there was much concering the history of our demonination still to be found in the archives in the USA, much of which was new to me and likely many in the Christadelphian community.
(Peter Hemingray)

This book is a series of glimpses into the origin of the Truth in America. It introduces a set of individuals, mostly erstwhile friends of Dr. Thomas, which will help us to better understand the origin of the body he founded.
